I guess the subject says it all. Your thoughts?

With a good assistant, I don't see why not.
Here are the potential challenges, as I see them. Then I'll go for the stuff that I wouldn't see as problematic.

Challenges: I would imagine that you'd need a sighted assistant to give honest feedback and descriptions of properties. Most homes are listed on line so your perspective clients will have likely looked at picctures of homes. However, not all listings have photos, and of course they're not going to showcase the negatives of a home.

You'll nedd to hire a driver in order to meet perspective clients at homes they want to see. Also, when a home is for sale, they usually use lock boxes on the doors that hold the keys. Many of them are digital now and thus not accessible tactilely so you'd need help there.

You would need to have a good understanding of the geographical area in which you'd want to work.

Those would be the main things I could see as posing a challenge. If you are good with transactual things like contracts with lots of legalese, you'll do great. lol That stuff makes my head spin, personally. lol The good news is the paperwork part could pretty much all be done electronically.

Another option would be one of those onliine real estate firms who just handle the contractual stuff. Basically, they list homes for people as well as help them with the additional purchase of a new home. They don't do the showings though but they do schedule them. I'm racking my brain trying to think of what those companies are called but nothing is coming to mind. Do some searching on the net though and I'm sure you'll find something similar to what I'm talking about.

Good luck!

If you are a person that works the field you'll need sighted assist. So that cuts in to your profit. Work with another one as a team and you've got it.
